RAMS Customer Release Notes

Introduction
Thank you for being a valuable customer of RAMS. We are excited to announce our most recent updates and improvements to the platform in our continuous efforts to be more secure, let you access the latest regulations. The following list outlines the four main sections of this document. Each section contains important information about this RAMS release. Regulatory Reports:
Updated regulatory reports for:

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA):
Introduced multi-factor authentication (MFA) to restrict unauthorized access.
Login
At 3rd unsuccessful login attempts within one minute, a verification code is sent to the user’s registered email id.
Credit Card (CC) Payments
At 3rd unsuccessful CC payment attempts within one minute, a verification code is sent to the user’s registered email id.
Regulatory Watch:
The “Export” option allows exporting the listed items in Excel format.
Account owners (and Editor) of Rep accounts will receive an email confirmation when the address on the account is updated.
Menu and submenus in left navigation can expand by default with the option to collapse the respective menu/sub-menus.
During sign up on RAMS, a prompt/pop-up captures the purpose of creating an account:
Create a new company account.
If this option is selected, the current sign-up page will be displayed.
Join an existing RAMS account.
If this option is selected, the following message is displayed to contact support.
"Please contact RAMS support (RamsHelp@ul.com) and provide the account name to join as a member."
LMS Training Module:
If a training course (already completed) is taken again and completed, the certificate of completion will reflect the latest completion date.
Vigilance:
Incident/Adverse Event of Australia (AU) market:
In the incident creation page,
Next to the “Reporter's Reference” field, a tool tip was added with the text as "Manufacturer reference number assigned to this particular event."
Entered manufacturer reference number populates in the web form in the "Reporter's Reference" field.
The Manufacturer (Client) name is pre-populated when entering the Manufacturer's Details section.
Regulator Request for Australia (AU) & New Zealand (NZ) markets
The Manufacturer Reference field continues to be mandatory. However, it is editable (only for parent records).
When the manufacturer reference number is changed in parent record, a pop up is displayed with message
"The manufacturer reference number is applied to existing child record(s) as well."The updated manufacturer reference number appears in the child record(s).
Age and Weight fields changed to text fields.
In the Company field, along with the company, “Account Id” is displayed.
Based on the company selected, a tool tip displays the company's details.
In PMS and Vigilance dashboards, the due date widget is enhanced as below:
Past Due:
Displays all the past due (parent) records
Today:
Display 10 (parent) records (chronological order of oldest to latest)
Upcoming:
Displays (parent) records of 2 weeks from T+1
Each category has the option to show more/less.
Added a scroll.
Upon clicking on any parent record in any aforementioned categories, the system navigate the user to their respective parent record.
Smart Builder
Following new markets are introduced for MX Equivalence Builder:

In all the templates a new section “Product Request Form” (PRF) was added at the top with an option to upload file.
In SX project creation page, a new field “Product Request Form” was added for PRF to be uploaded which reflects in the “Product Request Form” section of the respective project.
“IGJ” section
In all applicable templates, a section (optional) is included for the IGJ Notification form to upload.
Dashboard:
In the dashboard, "Archived" toggle functionality now displays projects grouped by/ differentiated view of "Expired", "Cancelled" and "Completed" statuses.
"Archived" tool tip changed to "When set to Archived, all projects that have been deleted, expired or completed will display."
“Overdue” label
Does not apply to completed projects.
Displays only for “Under Review” status projects when the due date is passed.
In the due date widget, past due projects considers due date+1 (business) day.
“Export as CSV” changed to “Download Zip File” so that files with large data download without error.
Projects with "Not Started" status and are dormant for 90+ days (from the date of project creation) will auto cancel.
An email notification is sent informing that the project is auto cancelled.
Projects that have "DNE" (Does Not Expire) enabled will not auto cancel.
When a project's status changes to "Cancelled", an email notification is sent indicating that the project was cancelled, and to reach out to PM, when ready to start the project again.
In the "Upload File" pop up when "Upload from my computer" is selected; the subsequent pop up "Upload File" was removed and directly opens system file directory.
