Understanding User Roles

RAMS 

RAMS enables one to add additional team members to your account. When you add a new team member, you assign them a particular role, which enables you to set what RAMS features they can access and use.

RAMS provides the following user roles:

Account Owners

  • Can “Add”, “Edit”, “Archive”, and “Delete” registrations and certificates, as well as “Add”, “Remove” team members and manage billing settings.

  • Cannot change the role or permissions of another Account Owner.

  • Can access, “Edit”, and “Comment” on Smart Builder projects, as well as execute “Draft” and “Production” exports of Smart Builder project.

Editors

  • Can “Add”, “Edit, “Archive”, and “Delete” registrations and certificates.

  • Can access, “Edit”, and “Comment” on Smart Builder projects, as well as execute “Draft” and “Production” exports of Smart Builder project.

Viewers

  • Can only “View” registrations and certificates, but cannot “Add”, “Edit”, “Archive”, or “Delete” them.

  • Can access, “View”, and “Comment” on Smart Builder projects as well as execute “Draft” exports of  Smart Builder project

Report Viewers

  • Can only “View” reports, but not individual registrations or certificates.

Distributors

  • Can only “View” registrations and certificates of their company which is listed as the distributor.

In-Country Rep Account Owner

  • Can “Add” new users as “Editors”, “Viewers”, “Report Viewers”, and “Distributors”, “Add/Edit” records created by Rep Users, can modify preferences for self.

In-Country Rep Account Editor

Can “Add/Edit” records created by Rep Users, modify preferences for self.
